He holds certifications such as the Advanced Level of ABA Comprehensive Training Program, Dyslexia Trainer Certificate Program, ETEÇOM I, and Objective Tests Practitioner Certificate, along with various participant certificates related to his field. After serving as a teacher and administrator within public institutions for many years, he is now the founding director of PERA Campus, a position he continues to hold.
Graduated from Biruni University in 2019 with a degree in Special Education for the Mentally Handicapped. She specializes in special education, ABA, and sign language. She is a practitioner in Social Skills Training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Toilet Skills Acquisition in Special Education, ETEÇOM, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Between 2019 and 2021, she worked as a special education teacher, and since 2021, she has been working at PERA Campus, also serving as an education coordinator. She conducts home and school visits with families and teachers to prepare Individualized Education Programs (IEP) tailored to individuals\' educational processes. He worked at PERA Avcılar (2007-2010), Gümüşpala Kindergarten (2010-2012), Galip Balkar Middle School (2012-2016), and Atakent Special Education Preschool (2016-2018). Since 2018, he has been one of the founders of PERA Campus and currently serves as the Educational Coordinator. He holds certifications in programs such as the ABA Comprehensive Training Program (Beginner Level), FLOORTIME 201, ETEÇOM I-II, Dyslexia Educator Training Certification Program, and AGTE Screening Test. He has completed the Intermediate Level of the ABA Comprehensive Training Program, FLOORTIME 101, ETEÇOM I, Life Kinetik, and various other training programs in the field. He served as a coordinator and manager at Sen Değilim Rehabilitation Center in 2013, as an education coordinator at Truva Rehabilitation Center in 2017, and since 2018, he has been working as a founding director at PERA Campus.
Born in 1984, Kılıç graduated from AUZEF with a degree in Social Services. During the 2005-2006 academic year, she completed her senior year internship at Mes Metal A.Ş Trade Vocational High School. Between 2006-2007, she worked as an executive assistant, handling monthly data and reports in all company departments such as Accounting, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Since 2008, she has been serving as an Administrative Manager at PERA Campus, managing tasks including institutional invoicing, student registration, family meetings, school visits, staff recruitment, and assignments.
Born on February 14, 1994, in Istanbul, Hamide Karaoğlu graduated from Kemal Hasoğlu High School and completed her bachelor’s degree in Preschool Teaching at Istanbul Aydın University between 2012-2016. She pursued her master’s degree in Preschool Education at the same university from 2019 to 2021. Karaoğlu began her career as an educator at the Tohum Autism Foundation in 2016, working with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for six years. She also participated in various social responsibility projects for individuals with autism. Since 2021, she has been serving as the Early Intervention Unit Education Coordinator at PERA Campus Special Education and Rehabilitation Center. Her master’s thesis, titled “The Impact of Health Anxiety on Burnout Levels of Teachers Working with Special Needs Children in the Preschool Period During the Covid-19 Process,” reflects her research interests. She has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals, including one titled “The Impact of Health Anxiety on Burnout Among Teachers Working with Special Needs Children During the Covid-19 Pandemic.” In 2021, she completed the DIR FLOORTIME101 certification program, enhancing her professional knowledge and skills. From 2019 to 2020, she volunteered as an online consultant for the Special Needs Support Line Project conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Health’s Directorate for Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Rare Diseases. She has served as a doctor’s assistant at Yaşar Hospital, coordinator of the physical therapy unit at Aydın University Liv Medical Park, coordinator of the physical therapy unit at Istinye University Liv Medical Park, Administrative Affairs Manager at Anadolu Disabled Services and Consultancy, coordinator at Huzur Vadisi Nursing Home and Care Center, and is currently serving as assistant director at Özel Pera Special Education and Rehabilitation Center.
Born on November 17, 2000, in Bolu, Gökce Çörtenlioğlu has lived in various parts of Turkey and participated in numerous educational, social, and artistic activities. Her experiences in different cities have broadened her perspective on diverse cultures, lifestyles, and empathy. During middle and high school, she won national awards in themed poetry competitions, while her university years focused more on academics. She started her Psychology studies at Istanbul Arel University in 2020, where she worked as an assistant to the department head and served as the student council president representing her university. Additionally, she acted as the assistant department head of psychology, organizing numerous training sessions, participating in them, and connecting with educators in the field. True to the requirements of her field, she attended many seminars, training programs, and internships in clinics, counseling centers, summer schools, and private schools to enhance her knowledge and experience. Immediately after graduation, she was accepted into a Clinical Psychology Master\'s Program in 2024, advancing her academic journey. Born on August 8, 1995, in Istanbul, Sena Coşkun graduated from Üsküdar University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Psychology (English) in June 2018. During her academic years, she actively participated in various activities, events, seminars, and conferences related to her profession. While studying, she interned at NP Istanbul Brain Hospital, attending rounds, observing client-consultant relationships, and reviewing case examples, for which she prepared anamnesis and epicrisis reports. Additionally, through her applied internship course, she gained experience at institutions such as Şişli Guidance and Research Center, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Bahçelievler Disability Center, Kadıköy Moda Nezih Nursing Home, and Beykoz Çavuşbaşı Multi-Program Anatolian High School. She began her career as an occupational therapist at Özel Kural Special Education and Rehabilitation Center between 2020-2021, gaining experience in sensory integration, equine therapy, and occupational therapy while working with children with special needs, including pervasive developmental disorders, cerebral palsy, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Down syndrome, specific learning difficulties, and mild mental retardation. Between 2021-2022, she worked as an occupational therapist at Validebağ Special Education and Rehabilitation Center and Vaha Special Education and Rehabilitation Center in Istanbul, focusing on sensory integration and occupational therapy for children with special needs. Since 2022, she has been continuing her work in pediatrics at PERA Campus and Rehabilitation Center as an occupational therapist. She presented her study on the assessment of tactile discrimination skills using Sensory Boxes and the Finger Identification Test at the 34th National Special Education Congress (October 23-26, 2024), which was published in the proceedings book. Her other studies include research on the relationship between executive function and development in children with neurodevelopmental disorders and the impact of sensory integration training on motor planning and activity participation in children with autism spectrum disorder, both of which were also presented at the same congress and published in proceedings books. Yasemin Korkmaz continues to contribute to the field with her experience in pediatric rehabilitation and scientific research.

After working as a paid teacher in a public school for two years, she completed her undergraduate degree in Preschool Teaching at Marmara University in 2014. During her high school and university years, she interned at various schools and participated in numerous social responsibility projects, working closely with children. She contributed to sports-focused developmental programs for children at Hidayet Türkoğlu Basketball and Sports Schools (June 2008 - August 2008 and May 2009 - September 2009). She worked as a paid teacher at two different public schools during the 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 academic years. Between 2015 and 2016, she worked at the Special Istanbul Yükseliş Special Education and Rehabilitation Center, providing educational support for individuals with special needs and contributing to their rehabilitation processes. From 2015 to 2020, she served as both a teacher and an institutional director at the Special Istanbul Kardelen Special Education and Practice School, playing an active role in managing educational processes. Born on January 12, 1995, Erdem Gözlüklü graduated from Istanbul Aydın University\'s Audiology Department in 2018. Since then, he has been actively working in rehabilitation centers. He has attended numerous training sessions to enhance his skills in developmental language, communication, and interaction issues in children and continues his education to this day. By participating in supervision sessions, he further develops his expertise. He has completed various training and practitioner certification programs, including DIR FLOORTIME 202, DIR FLOORTIME 201, DIR FLOORTIME 101, APBA Specialist Training, and ETEÇOM 2. At Beylikdüzü PERA Campus, he works as a Floortime Therapist, providing therapy services to his clients.
Born in 1993 in Trabzon, Betül Berk is a child development specialist. She completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Ordu and graduated from Gaziosmanpaşa University's Department of Health Information Teaching in 2015. After graduation, she worked as a Health Information teacher at private institutions for two years and provided "Health and Hygiene" education to children aged 0-6 in daycare centers. In 2019, she graduated from Istanbul University's Department of Child Development. She worked at the Special Effect Rehabilitation Center between 2020-2021 and at the Special Yeni Bakış Rehabilitation Center as a specialist child development teacher between 2022-2023. Since 2023, she has been continuing interaction-based studies at PERA Campus Special Education Rehabilitation Center. In addition to Sign Language and Computer Literacy certificates, she attended the "Equality of Opportunity in Education" symposium at Kırıkkale University in 2014, received "Professional Adaptation and Career Summit" training at Eskişehir University in 2015, and completed "Approaches in Communication with Children" training at IPED Consultancy and Education. One of her specialties is working on autism. She has completed introductory, intermediate, and advanced-level autism ABA training and certifications from BBA Academy. Born in 1996, Rabia Okan completed her primary and high school education in Istanbul. She graduated from the Department of Special Education, Mental Disabilities Teaching Program, at Biruni University Faculty of Education. During her studies, she actively participated in various congresses and non-governmental organizations. As part of her degree, she gained practical experience through observations and internships in various fields. Continuing to gain experience by primarily working with diagnoses of specific learning disabilities in rehabilitation centers, Okan has been serving as a special education teacher in the Dyslexia Unit of PERA Campus Special Education and Rehabilitation Center for approximately three years. She conducts assessments and manages instructional processes in the field of specific learning disabilities.
Mehmet Can Üzüm was born in 1999 and completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Siirt. He pursued his university education in the Faculty of Education, Department of Special Education Teaching, at Biruni University. He has participated in various non-governmental organizations and congresses. Mehmet has equipped himself with training such as UDA, YDEP, and PREP. Through numerous internships and observations, he specialized in the field of dyslexia during his final year by interning at the Dyslexia Unit of PERA Campus Special Education and Rehabilitation Center. He continues to work with dyslexic individuals at the same institution, receiving continuous training from coordinators and supervisors to deepen his expertise. Mehmet Can Üzüm remains committed to improving his perspective in this field and currently works with dyslexic children at PERA Campus.
Meltem Bener is an experienced Special Education Teacher/Special Instructor who has been serving at PERA Campus for over three years, specializing in creating and implementing educational plans tailored to the specific needs of each student. She began her educational journey in high school, studying child development and gaining practical experience through various internship programs. In 2021, she graduated with a 3.02 GPA from the Child Development (English) program at Istanbul Gelişim University, participating in various internships during her university years. This extensive experience has enabled her to develop effective strategies to support student development and deeply understand diverse learning needs. Born in 1997 in Istanbul, Sinem Kaya graduated from TOKİ Ali Duran Girls Vocational High School’s preschool department, where she interned at kindergartens during her high school years. In 2015, she was accepted into the Child Development undergraduate program at Arel University and completed the Pedagogical Formation Education Program offered by Istanbul University during her studies. During her undergraduate years, she completed internships at various kindergartens and rehabilitation centers. She graduated in July 2019 and started working as an individual teacher at Gülin Special Education Institution in September, working with children with special needs. In February 2020, she joined PERA Campus as an individual teacher, a position she continues to hold. Throughout her career, she has participated in various in-person and online training programs both within and outside the institution. Her completed training includes the MEB Special Education Specialist Instructor Training, Toilet Training for Children with Special Needs, Objective Child Assessment Tests Training, EROT Training, ETEÇOM 2, and ABA training (basic and intermediate levels) as a practitioner.

Based on her experiences in child development, she conducts her work by prioritizing children's individual differences and needs. She has taken active roles in special education, preschool, and consultancy services, preparing and implementing developmental support programs aimed at maximizing children's potential. She holds certifications and training in play therapy, PREP, YDEP, and Denver Developmental Test.
Born on January 17, 2001, in Istanbul, Aysu Altınay completed her entire educational journey from primary school to university in this city. She graduated from the Special Education Teaching program at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa in 2023 and is currently working as a teacher at PERA Campus. Alongside educational and social activities, she participated in theater and music groups and played an active role in various volunteer projects during her university years. She had the opportunity to visit many cities in Turkey and European countries, gaining firsthand experience of different cultures and lifestyles. Her desire to observe diversity and perspectives among people has added depth to her character and made her a socially sensitive individual. Meeting an individual with intellectual disabilities during one of these travels became a turning point in her life. This experience inspired her to contribute to the education of individuals with special needs and strengthened her desire to specialize in this field. At PERA Campus, she supports her students in this field, contributing to their individual development and working to make a difference in special education.
Born in 1984 in Tokat, Dilek Karaer graduated from Atatürk Anadolu High School. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management at Trakya University in 2003, she continued her education due to her interest in children and individuals with special needs. She completed her associate degree in Child Development at Erzurum Atatürk University in 2008 and later graduated from Istanbul University with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development. She also received pedagogical formation training from Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education. A certified FLOORTIME 202 therapist, she is also an MEB Specialist Instructor and has Y-DEP, PREP-EROT-ABA certifications. She has worked for many years with children with special needs through various preschools, rehabilitation centers, and private sessions. Since 2022, she has been working in the dyslexia unit at PERA Campus.
Born on May 12, 2000, Melissa Elkılıç completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul. She graduated from the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at İstinye University, actively participating in various non-governmental organizations and congresses during her studies. As part of her degree, she gained practical experience through observations and internships in clinics, counseling centers, and private schools. After her undergraduate education, she received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Children and Adolescents under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Nusret Soylu. She also completed Play Therapy training with Yasemin Taş Torun and Solution-Focused Therapy training with Ezgi Kılavuzoğlu, gaining competency in these areas. Following her education, she began working in the dyslexia unit at PERA Campus, where she was directed to extensive training on dyslexic individuals by institutional coordinators. She continues to specialize in child and adolescent psychology, working with a principle of lifelong learning and professional development.
Born in 1998 in Istanbul, Betül Üretici completed her associate degree in Child Development at Biruni University and earned her bachelor’s degree at Istanbul University. She worked as an intern teacher at Özel Pinokyo Kindergarten in 2016, Özel Düş Bilginleri Kindergarten in 2017, and Sen Değilsin Special Education and Rehabilitation Center in 2018. She has received NEWSDR Drawing Analysis and Projective Tests Practitioner Training, Istanbul Business Institute Play Therapy Training, and Bilgenet Academy Specialist Clinical Psychologist Fundam Ece Play Therapy Practitioner Training. Along with her field experiences, she volunteers as a storyteller. With empathy, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills, she conducts individual lessons within PERA Campus.

In 2024, she enhanced her professional qualifications by completing the "Objective Tests Practitioner Certification" program provided by Biruni University. As she enters her eighth year, she possesses in-depth knowledge of various approaches and methods to help children realize their full potential. She began her career in special education to support children’s developmental processes and gained significant experience in this field. As a therapist trained within PERA Campus, she works with children using interaction-based approaches. As a Responsive Teaching Program therapist under ETEÇOM (Interaction-Based Early Childhood Intervention Program), she supports children’s development with special education methods tailored to individual needs. Ulaş advocates that early-stage therapies strengthen children’s language development, social skills, and learning abilities. She aims to translate her theoretical knowledge into practice, striving to maximize each child’s potential. With her experiences and various training programs, she continuously improves herself and uses her knowledge in child development and special education during individual therapy sessions to support children’s growth. Born in 1997 in Ankara, Filiz Büşra Gündoğdu graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same field. She aims to participate in developmental projects for children and produce innovative projects in this area. She has been working for the past three years at PERA Campus Rehabilitation Center as a specialist instructor in the Early Intervention Unit and as a DIR FLOORTIME 201 therapist. Prior to PERA Campus, she worked for 1.5 years at a rehabilitation center and for one year as an assistant manager at a kindergarten in Ankara. In addition to her education and work experience, she completed internships at eight different institutions, including preschools, special education centers, schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and Bakırköy Child Psychiatry. Throughout her career, she has gained numerous certifications and completed various training programs. She completed her associate degree in Child Development at Fatih University and her bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Istanbul University. Currently, she continues her bachelor’s education in child development, continuously enhancing her academic knowledge and learning the latest approaches in education and child development. She began her career by developing special education programs for visually impaired students at Gürpınar Azime Yılmaz Primary School, deepening her interest in the field of special education. She then worked as a class teacher at TOKİ Kayaşehir Kindergarten, designing curriculum-aligned plans and activities tailored to children's developmental needs in early childhood education. From 2017 to 2019, she worked with autistic students at İBB Akşemsettin Imam Hatip Middle School, helping them adapt to school life and preparing educational programs tailored to their individual learning needs. During her four years at Kayaşehir Special Education Application School, she developed individualized educational plans for students with autism and intellectual disabilities, supporting their social and independent living skills. At Esenyurt Akşemsettin Special Education Application School, she served as a special education teacher for individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on their social and academic development through individualized educational plans. Senanur Sarayoğlu was born on December 1, 2000, in Istanbul. Her educational journey began in high school with a focus on Child Development. She took her first steps toward teaching through her high school internship. Throughout her high school education, she excelled academically and participated in various activities, graduating as the top student in her department. In 2019, she earned a scholarship to study Child Development at Istanbul Arel University. Maintaining a high GPA, she transferred to Istanbul Biruni University during her studies. During her university years, she gained field experience through internships in special education, kindergartens, and hospitals. She graduated with a high GPA in 2023 and started working as an educator in the intensive session unit at PERA Campus the same year. She participated in the International Autism Symposium at Istanbul Biruni University. Born on June 27, 2001, in Bakırköy, Istanbul, Zeynep Deniz Candansayar began developing her skills in dance by enrolling in an art academy in 2008. Between 2013-2017, she was a licensed national athlete with numerous local, regional, and international dance awards and certifications. She participated in various domestic and international tours, gaining the opportunity to interact with people from different cultures. During her high school years, she gained teaching experience by giving choreography lessons to primary and high school students. In 2024, she graduated with a GPA of 3.18 from the Child Development Bachelor’s program at Istanbul Kent University. During her university years, she completed internships in kindergartens, special education application schools, public hospitals, Guidance and Research Centers (RAM), primary and secondary schools. She was also actively involved in many volunteer projects, including Dersdem, LÖSEV, 12 Mentorship, and Make-A-Wish, fostering her sense of social responsibility. As a member of the "Barrier-Free Biruni Club," he actively participated in numerous events. Born in 1998, Hüsniye Sinem Özçelik graduated from Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Child Development. She worked as a special education field specialist instructor at Mavi İlmek Special Education and Rehabilitation Center for six months and has been working in the same role at PERA Campus for four years. Born in 1989 in Van, Hasan Kiyat graduated from Balıkesir University Faculty of Sports Sciences in Coaching Education and Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Physical Education Teaching. His international experience includes serving as the founding director of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Elite Autism Rehabilitation and Life Center (2016-2018), the founding director of ALBA Rehabilitation and Life Center (2018-2023), and the founding director of Kiyat Special Education and Family Counseling Center in Baku, Azerbaijan (2023). Domestically, he served as a life leader and education coordinator at Sen Değilim Rehabilitation and Life Center (2012-2016) and continues his career as a Movement Education Specialist at PERA Campus (2023). His professional expertise spans first aid, massage, basketball coaching, athletics coaching, and Level 1 swimming. He is also a certified practitioner at Levels 1, 2, and 3 in the ABA Training Program.

He gained experience as a healthcare technician at Istanbul Büyükçekmece Mimarsinan State Hospital (2018-2019) and as an intern physiotherapy student at Istanbul Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital (2022), Istanbul Avcılar Murat Kölük State Hospital (2023), Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine Çapa Hospital (2024), and Istanbul Beylikdüzü Güvenliler Special Education and Rehabilitation Center (2024). He currently serves as an expert instructor physiotherapist at PERA Campus Special Education and Rehabilitation Center. His expertise includes patient evaluation in physiotherapy, exercise programming and monitoring, manual therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and graston technique. He holds certifications in dry needling, cupping, graston, and kinesiology taping. Passionate about dedicating his life to the health field, he has been continuously improving himself in anatomy and physiology since his high school education.
İlayda Ayran was born on May 15, 2000, in Hatay. She started her university education in 2019 by enrolling in the Psychology Department at Istanbul Gelişim University. During her university life, she interned at centers providing consultancy services in the fields of child, adolescent, and adult psychology and had the opportunity to closely observe children. After completing her undergraduate education, she received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Play Therapy, Child Objective Tests Practitioner Training, and AGTE Practitioner Training. Currently, she works as a Special Instructor at PERA Campus and has completed all three modules of the ABA Practitioner Certificate from Binyamin Birkan BBA Consultancy, serving as an ABA Therapist in the intensive session unit.
Born on January 1, 1996, in Istanbul, Fatma Aslan Yılmaz completed her education in the Child Development Department at Istanbul Aydın University. She has received various training, including Opportunity Teaching, Reducing Problem Behaviors, Teaching Complex Discrimination and Independent Behaviors, Teaching Language and Verbal Social Interaction Skills, Developing Function-Based Behavior Change Plans, and ETEÇOM. She also completed all three modules of the ABA Practitioner certification from Binyamin Birkan BBA Consulting and currently works as an ABA therapist in the intensive session unit.
Born on November 7, 2002, in Istanbul, Melek Yıldırım started her education in the field of Child Development during her sophomore year of vocational high school, gaining experience in various application areas. Throughout her high school education, she designed various toys tailored to children’s age, individual differences, cognitive, motor, and social development characteristics. She also had the opportunity to design and implement toys and activity plans for children with special needs. In 2020, she enrolled in Istanbul Arel University’s Child Development and Education program, where she attended numerous seminars and training sessions and gained internship experience. During her sophomore year, she interned at Forest Kindergarten as part of her practical course. In her junior year, she began her first internship in special education institutions, gaining experience in this field. She also visited children’s libraries, art workshops, and museums to explore their contributions to child development and participated in research on their suitability for children. During her senior year, she interned at Istanbul University Çapa Medical Faculty as part of her field study course. There, she conducted various developmental tests, observed numerous cases, and gained experience alongside general pediatricians and expert child development specialists. She has completed the FLOORTIME 101 introductory course and currently works at PERA Campus as a child development specialist and educator. She has also completed all three modules of the ABA Practitioner Certificate from Binyamin Birkan BBA Consultancy and works as an ABA Therapist in the intensive session unit.
Efsun Simay Çelik was born on February 8, 2001, in Istanbul. Throughout her education, she actively participated in student clubs, organizing and participating in numerous events. In high school, she served as the Communication and Event Coordinator in her school council. During university, she held the position of member coordinator for a year before founding her own club, where she served as president until graduation. These experiences enhanced her communication skills and allowed her to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and fields. In 2020, she began studying Psychology at Kültür University and successfully graduated. During her university years, she participated in social responsibility projects, working as a volunteer teacher at the Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation (TEGV) and conducting weekly classes with children. She also participated in TEGV’s psychosocial support campaign for children in earthquake-affected areas and worked in Kahramanmaraş. She completed internships at special education and rehabilitation centers, kindergartens, counseling centers, and government institutions. Alongside additional courses on child testing and approaches, she continues her play therapy training. Currently, she serves as an ABA therapist at PERA Campus, providing intensive personalized sessions to children in the school unit.
Born on July 25, 2002, in Gaziantep, Ayşe Fatma later moved to Istanbul. In 2021, she began her university education by enrolling in Yozgat Bozok University\'s Department of Child Development. During her education, she participated in various activities in the field of child development and organized events for children. During the summer periods, she interned at kindergartens and special education institutions, gaining experience in one-on-one interaction and observation with children. After completing her associate degree, she obtained certification in three modules of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Binyamin Birkan BBA Consultancy. She currently works as an ABA therapist in the intensive session unit and continues her work with children with special needs at PERA Campus Special Education and Rehabilitation Center.
Born on October 24, 2001, in Istanbul, Zeynep Nihan Gülsever completed her high school education at Büyükçekmece Atatürk Anatolian High School. She enrolled in Yıldız Technical University’s Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department in 2019, graduating with honors. During her university years, she actively participated in the Yıldız Technical Children’s Club and Psychological Counseling Club. She spent the fall semester of her third year at the University of Potsdam in Germany, where she engaged in volunteer programs focused on social equality. She is fluent in advanced English and basic German. She interned as a guidance counselor at two different Anatolian high schools, conducting both group and individual lessons in collaboration with RAM (Guidance and Research Centers). She provided individual psychological counseling to two clients, adhering to the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach under supervision. At PERA Campus, she has completed all three modules of the ABA Practitioner Certificate from Binyamin Birkan BBA Consultancy and currently serves as an ABA therapist in the intensive session unit.
Born on January 1, 1994, Elif Selvi Saraç graduated from the Department of Child Health and Development at Esenyurt University. During her university years, she gained extensive experience in child development and psychosocial processes through internships at special education institutions, kindergartens, and Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Hospital in the departments of child development and child and adolescent psychiatry. She volunteered at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty\'s Audiology Department, conducting free screening tests for children, and obtained a sign language certification from the Turkish National Federation of the Deaf during her undergraduate studies. To contribute to child development assessment processes, she received training certifications from the Mental Health Association, including Frostig, Ankara Developmental Screening Inventory, Gesell, Metropolitan, Porteus, Bender Gestalt, and Peabody tests. She also completed Denver II Developmental Screening Test training from the Developmental Child Neurology Association, Word Pronunciation training to support children\'s language development, and Creative Drama Instructor certification to foster creative processes. Additionally, she holds an ETEÇOM 2 Practitioner certificate. From 2017 to 2019, she worked at the Tohum Autism Foundation, contributing to the educational processes of children with autism.
